On April 13, four CP students visited Yakult Danone India Pvt. Ltd. as part of an industrial visit designed to provide insights into the production and operations of probiotic beverages.

Students explored Yakult’s production processes, including fermentation, homogenization, and aseptic packaging, and gained an understanding of how advanced automation ensures efficiency, consistency, and quality. The visit also highlighted key Business Administration concepts through insights into branding, packaging strategies, sustainability practices, and operational management.

The students learned about Yakult’s probiotic philosophy, global operations, and commitment to sustainability through initiatives such as water treatment and eco-friendly energy practices. The experience successfully connected classroom concepts with real-world industrial practices, making it a valuable and enriching learning opportunity.
