Our teaching strategy is one that makes learning an organic process where teachers become co-learners and partners in the process of value creation and learning. Our teachers don't instruct, they engage. Our teachers are not just teachers but guides, facilitators and motivators. They engineer learning experiences that manoeuver the students into the driving seats and then they quietly get out of the way. The school strongly believes in developing and enhancing skills in teachers. The school conducts in-house training and capacity-building workshops for teachers to share best practices and learn from each other's experiences. The school also organises teacher-training workshops with educators to build their knowledge pool.
DPSI provides many opportunities to staff for professional development which include face to face and online workshops, webinars and opportunities to network and share best practice with peers.
