Marking 250th Anniversary of Jane Austen

The 250th Anniversary of Jane Austen was celebrated through a two-day event on December 12 and 15, 2025, held in the auditorium and Secondary Library. Students presented insights into Austen’s life, writing style, and lasting literary influence through narration, visuals, and Regency-inspired performances.

A Library Gallery Walk featured curated stations on Austen’s biography, major works, characters, Regency culture, film adaptations, and creative student reflections, creating an immersive experience.

Led and organised by students, the celebration was marked by enthusiasm, creativity, and meaningful engagement across the school community.
