Exploring Mental Well Being!




        Wellness sessions at DPS International provide students an
        opportunity to reflect on their social, mental and physical
        wellbeing with respect to their academic, extra-curricul and
        personal life.


        Check your Battery!


        The virtual wellness sessions on Self Care Month commenced
        with an interesting exercise called ‘Check Your Battery’. We
        reflected on our emotional states and realised that they differ
        for each individual. Try this exercise for yourself!

        Health Literacy, Mental Health and Well-Being, and Risk
        Avoidance  and  Being  Rational  were  three  prominent  self-
        care practices introduced to us at the beginning of the year.
        Students with an exemplary journey of Self Care, practicing
        the three  methods, were inagurated into the school’s Well-
        ness Squad.

        Examination Season


        Exams can be stressful! To help students prepare for the term
        end assessments, the senate shared tips on the student insta-
