Exploring my cultural self !
The Republic Day assembly was an amalgamation of patriotism and a hope for a better future of our
nation. MYP 4 and DP 1 performed ‘Nukkad Natak’ that recreated the age-old theatrical display of
portraying social issues that continue to prevail in our society. Issues like religious intolerance, child
labour and gender inequality were presented in a beautifully rhythmic manner with characters, drama,
props and a thought-provoking takeaway.
