TRUE LEADERS?

ntegrity, communication, and
gratefulness are some traits that
Idefine a good leader. Members
of the Core Senate attended
the session on leadership skills
which was conducted by the
Head of Pastoral Care, and
the English Subject Head. The
session identified key features
required for effective leadership
by the Student Senate and also
how dominant personality traits
have a relationship with these
effective traits. A personality
profile test was also conducted
with the students so that they
were more aware of themselves.
They were also given a task to
perform which further helped
them in identifying leadership
traits that they admired in other
leaders and also set goals for
themselves in the future.
