CHILDREN’S DAY

hildren's Day commemorates India's first
Prime Minister, Jawaharlal Nehru's, birthday.
CIt is marked all over India to raise awareness
about children's rights, care, and education.
Every year, students look forward to the different
segments that teachers organize. In November,
an assembly was organized by teachers to mark
Children’s Day. The acts were prepared department-
wise by the teachers as video recordings. Various
acts like dance, skits, music, singing, and videos
were prepared by each department. Some of the
themes selected by the departments were: The
Science of Nostalgia, Wellness Messages, and
#darkageofonlinelessons. The assembly was
heartfelt, showing gratitude and love towards
students.
