Navvybluue
I was always intrigued by art. When the lockdown hit I finally picked
up a paintbrush and a canvas to start painting and once I started
I couldn't stop. I then decided to create an instagram account to
showcase my art. I started experimenting with different mediums
like painting on bags, face art and even glass frames.
Through this process, I figured out that I wanted to choose visual
arts as my eportfolio subject. I created @navvybluue to find my pas-
sion and explore my creativity and the account helped me explore
different mediums and even help the community by painting mu-
rals.

Scaffolds Foundation
In grade 9, I was required to complete certain community service hours. I was always connected to the special
needs community, so I knew it had to be related to that. My mother suggested the name to me when I was
struggling to find an interesting name for the online sessions I was planning to conduct. From the start, I knew
that Scaffolds was not going to be two-three online sessions that I later forgot about. I knew that I wanted to
build Scaffolds into an organisation that could support my brother and his friends in the future.
Scaffolds represent the bridge that I want to create between society and the special needs community. It can be
through short online recreational sessions or vaccination drives.
Scaffolds are the construction pillars that hold up the foundation of a building. They are the basic skeleton for
every construction plan. They are crucial for the safety and stability of a building.
On 26th May 2021 and 25th June 2021, I helped to organise vaccination drives for special needs individuals.
My main motivation for the drives was helping my brother. My brother has always had a fear of injections and
needles so I knew getting the vaccination would be hectic. I wanted to create a safe environment with sensitive
treatment for all special needs.
