Leadership Workshop

Fostering Integrity, Collaboration, and Vision

The Leadership Workshop was a dynamic and insightful experience

designed to prepare the newly elected Senate for the term ahead, rooted in

the value of integrity. Through interactive games and challenges, students

were encouraged to build trust, practice honesty, and embrace ethical

decision-making while working collaboratively. The activities focused on

sharpening communication, cooperation, and confidence—key traits of

integrity-driven leadership. In addition to physical tasks, reflective debates

and discussions allowed participants to examine leadership styles, navigate

ethical dilemmas, and commit to leading with transparency and

accountability. The workshop fostered self-awareness and moral

responsibility, setting a strong foundation for a year guided by integrity in

service of a united and inclusive school community.
