We had the honour of having
two workshops with Mr. Shreyas
Jadhav, a college student who has
conducted numerous workshops
on fermentation. On the first day,
he conducted a Yogurt Starter
Workshop for students in MYP
and DP, informing them about
microorganisms, good bacteria,
their importance, effects of yogurt,
and, lastly, the process of creating a
yogurt starter.
The speakers in this event were not limited to Imroz Inam, Ashlyn Ribeiro, and Ananya Kar then
external guests, with our very own students presenting conducted a ‘Blind Taste Test’. They ordered chicken
