SAFETY PSI organised a virtual workshop
on August 10, 2020, for parents

compassion. The workshop was organized
with the intention of promoting wellness
amongst DPSI students, teachers, and
the parent community. Ms. Sarmeet Kaur,
one of the parents of the school and an
experienced psychologist and relationship
coach was the facilitator who volunteered
to conduct the session. The workshop
was brilliantly framed on the importance
of self-compassion in today’s time when
uncertainty is inevitable and maintaining a
healthy social emotional wellbeing is vital.
