Total equity has still not been met
after so long. Women are still paid
less than men.

This is not ideal and must not
remain the same way as it is now;
equity is a right at birth.

Equality is lacking in most places
across the world. Starting 2023 this
must change.

We as people should change our
ways and our mindset.

We must help these places and
make sure that they get the
resources and everything they
need to survive.

We must make sure all is fair and
always will be.

Everyone must be allowed access
to resources including water, food,
shelter and other basic necessities,
as well as other needs, including
equal education and equity in
hiring.
DIversity, Starting now we must change and

make sure everybody is equal and
treated fairly.
Inclusivity Past the snowy storms Holding an oil lamp in his hands

And a sack in tow,
And behind the freezing wind,
An old man rests Though the weather is weighing
