joins hands

with DPSI!

DPSI partnered with Ishatvam, a home
decor studio on MG Road, Delhi. A group of
autistic students associated with Ishatvam
collaborated with DPSI students to create a
calendar of diversity. This workshop was held
to foster inclusivity and break the stigma
around mental disorders in students.
Every student, regardless of their
abilities or differences, needs to feel
welcomed and valued and this initiative
not only encouraged creativity but also
emphasized the importance of inclusivity
within our school community.

For 3 weeks, every Saturday, students
would collaborate with autistic children.
This experience allowed students to
recognize their privilege and understand
the challenges that many face in this world.
They also witnessed the “power of dreams
and hard work” in the face of adversity.
