Kristeen Gupta, Alisha Singh, Vivaan Singh Punia and Siddhant Jay Singh of Grade 3 took the initiative to
research natural crises. They prepared presentations to educate their peers about the cause and effect
relationship between calamities. They were confident and displayed great communication skills as they
presented their understanding to their peers.

Grade 5 explored the global issue of soil degradation as part of their learning journey to understand
‘Sharing the planet.’ Students realised that soil conservation often is overlooked for its role in achieving
food security, water quality, and overall environmental health. Students organised a campaign to raise
awareness and educate others about the importance of soil conservation. A variety of mediums were used
to spread awareness about conservation.
