‘SPIN-A-TALE’

LITERATURE EVENT

A trip to 'Spin-a-tale' literature event was held at Sahitya
Academy, New Delhi. A team of MYP Hindi students
visited the 'Spin-a-tale' literature event on February 2,
2019. Students participated in creative writing activities
at the event and wrote short stories and poems on
the given topic. They also participated in a cartoon
making session lead by eminent cartoonist Shri Uday
Shankar. Students also attended an interesting story
telling session by writer Zaibunnisa 'Haya'.

Our students won the following prizes for their
excellent performance at the Sahitya Kala Parishad’s
story and poetry writing competition held on February
2, 2019.

• Aditya Nair (MYP 2B) First position and cash award
-Rs.1000/-

• Aditi Gaur (MYP 2A) Second position and cash
award- Rs.800/-

• Arav Dogra (MYP3B) Commendable work and
consolation prize of Rs.250/

• Zoya Gupta (MYP 1C) Commendable work and
consolation prize of Rs.250/-
