Grades 1-5 opted in to pursue their
love for reading and information
gathering. Author appreciation,
sharing of burning global news
allowed students to understand,
appreciate and extend their
knowledge of local and global
contexts. The culmination of
their journey saw a collaborative
presentation of a student-
led newspaper and short story
creation in the fiction genre.
Nutrition
in a pan
Love for all things gastronomic was
evident as the sole ingredient for
edge lessons. From understanding
identification of ingredients, to their
unique smell, students learned how to
approach non flame cooking.The art
of table laying, nutrient information
and simple kitchen skills of paring,
churning etc were under focus.
