Mexican Flag Day was marked on September 12, 2024, with a special guest from Mexico,
Ms. Maria Magdalena. Children explored the flag’s symbolism and learned basic Spanish
phrases. From mangoes to chocolate, they sailed into a colourful introduction to Mexico’s
culture, language, and heritage.
Viva México: a taste of culture, colours, and conversation!
On October 22, 2024, Grades 1 to 3 attended an interactive session on Indian culture. The
experience fostered cultural understanding, broadening students’ horizons while
anchoring a sense of national pride.
