PROJECT DHAROHAR
PS International endeavoured to generate
awareness and appreciation for every
Dindividual’s unique heritage by celebrating
heirlooms passed down through generations.
"This dagger is over five hundred years old. It
belonged to my great-great-great grandfather and
now it belongs to me. It is more than an antique, and
is priceless. The blade and handle is made of pure
steel and the scabbard is made of brass. For the
past 302 years it has passed down as a means for
our protection, and now it is being passed on to be
preserved. It is our family heirloom."
— Shawn Raj Seth, Grade 5D Music to soothe my soul…
"The heirloom that I have chosen is a book that
was presented by my great-grandfather to my great-
grandmother. The book is titled ‘Paintings of the
World’s Great Galleries’ and it was bought in 1960 in
Oxford. My great grandmother was fascinated with
the beautiful artwork and history from around the
world."
