                                                                             FOLK TALES













                                                                             A three member team
                                                                             from the Korean Cultural
                                                                             Centre presented folk
                                                                             tales    to    students      of
                                                                             theatre EDGE, Grades 3,
                                                                             5 and MYP 1 on October
                                                                             10, 2018.  The effective
                                                                             method of presenting  a
                                                                             story  through  multiple
                                                                             role play  and  voice
                                                                             modulation  by  a  single
                                                                             person found favour with
                                                                             the students  who  had
                                                                             experienced storytelling
                                                                             as part of their unit on
                                                                             stories. The stories  were
                                                                             enjoyed for their humour,
                                                                             emotional connect  and
                                                                             simple narrative style.
