To lighten the mood, Manya
Malhotra and Gurjyot Singh of
MYP 4 performed a stand up comic
act. Their jokes on politics, how
irresponsible we students actually
are, and subtle comments on society
made the audience erupt in laughter.
A quiz, hosted by Mihir Sardana of
DP 1, saw Ms Kamal, Ms Seema,
and Ms Rima facing off against
Sanjana Seth, Garima Gill, and
Aviraj Chaudhary. The teachers
had to answer questions related to
the pop culture of today, while the
students faced questions about pop
culture of the ’80s.
To end this spectacular day, the
students of DP 1 recited a self-
composed poem and their touching
words managed to secure them a
permanent place in the hearts of
both the students and teachers.
