LA TOMATINA

ur school is a
Omelting pot of
diverse cultures from
across the globe. In the
spirit of celebrating our
diversity, the students
of MYP 4 stretched
beyond classroom
learning by celebrating
a popular Spanish
festival Tomatina.
Despite not being
able to throw actual
tomatoes and have
a massive food fight
as it is in the Spanish
city of Buñol, the
stinging sensation was
just the same, fueled
with excitement and
adrenaline! To satisfy
our hunger, we also
prepared a bruschetta
mix and paired it with
nachos and salsa.
Lastly, we all danced
to the groovy beats of
Spanish music, which
certainly hyped the
celebration.
